Description

This is our naturally set blossom honey, derived from the nectar of various flowers, rather than a specific type of flower. All our bees are situated on prestigious golf courses around Surrey and Hampshire, collecting nectar from diverse flowers around the area, including horticultural gardens. Our honey is not filtered or heat treated, it comes straight from the hive to you, with all its natural goodness in tact, raw and natural.

• Flavour: Set honey tends to be quite smooth, and easily spreadable on toast. It tends to have a mild to moderately sweet flavor with subtle floral notes. The taste can vary depending on the types of flowers in bloom during the honey collection period. It may have hints of fruit, herbs, or even spices, offering a pleasant and light sweetness.
• Colour: The colour of our blossom honey can range from pale golden to amber, depending on the specific blossoms and their pollen content. The color might be lighter when collected from certain flowers like clover or apple blossoms, while darker varieties may result from flowers like buckwheat.

It is sold in 12oz hexagonal jars.
