Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 28 days before the event commences via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event commences will be subject to a charge of half of the cost of the course. Cancellations of less than 14 days will not be refunded or postponed.

If Surrey Bees Training cancels the event with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new event will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability (this will normally be due to unforeseen weather conditions where we are unable to open the hives and inspect the bees).
